As family-owned and operated hotel in Waikiki’s “Upper West Side” for many years, The Equus has become a staple in the local community. We’ve seen the ups, as well as the downs, and have always persevered thanks to the support of our loyal guests. Whether you’re local or visit from afar, we think of you as family.

Holding true to our roots, we remain open and eager to serve those that have given so much to us over the years. We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both our team and guests, and are proceeding with guidelines and recommendations from health authorities.

Da HI Brew Cafe, located on property, is open (6:30 am to 2:00 pm) for guests and community members alike. The Paniolo Bar is open 2:30pm to 10:00pm. In-house guests may pick up and take out food items from the bar, as well as order cocktails to their room.

With an amazing location near world-class shopping and dining, we are exploring ways to act as a pick-up point for local restaurants offering take-out services to customers in our neighborhood.
