Check-Out: 12:00 PM
- Please be aware Paniolo at the Equus Hotel has stair access only to the check-in desk.
- Cash is not accepted (credit card only).
- Resort Fee: USD 22.00 per night, plus taxes.
- Parking spaces are reserved for late arrival.
- Your room will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date with 1 night’s stay plus tax paid to the hotel in advance.
- Deposit of 1 night’s room and tax will be charged at time of booking. Your credit card will be billed for remainder of stay arrival.
- Except for no-shows, one night is charged if cancellation is not made 72 hours in advance.
For single room reservations, cancellations are accepted and refunded in full up to 72 hours prior to check-in. The cancellation deadline may be extended to up to 2 weeks during peak periods. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your deposit of 1 night’s stay plus tax will be forfeited.
