The Equus is located in the United States, and personal information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred here, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of payment data in transit and access controls on our reservation systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Children may of course stay at the hotel as part of a family reservation, and we collect only the information needed for that stay. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, contact us and we will delete it.
Our website links to other websites and services we do not control, including our booking engine, online travel agencies, review platforms, social media, and the Hawaiʻi Polo Club and trail ride operations. This policy does not apply to those services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website.
