Please note that a 4% credit card processing fee applies to all reservations.

Please be aware the Equus Hotel has stair access only to the check-in desk.

Cash is not accepted (credit card only).

Resort Fee: 22 USD plus tax per night

Public parking is available on-site at a first-come, first-serve basis. A reservation is not needed. Parking is 30 USD plus tax per day with in-and-out privileges.

Your room will be held until 7AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date with 1 night's stay plus tax paid to the hotel in advance.

Your credit card will be billed in full upon arrival. Except for no shows, one night is charged if cancellation is not made 72 hours in advance. Special policies may apply for peak periods. Please check the policy before booking.

For single-room reservations, cancellations are accepted and refunded in full up to 72 hours prior to check-in, the cancellation deadline may be extended up to 2 weeks during peak periods. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your deposit will be forfeited for 1 night’s stay plus tax.
